My hot water tank is leaking from the base. Repair or replace?
Water coming from the base of a storage tank means the inner cylinder has rusted through, and that cannot be patched. The original units in the first estate stages are reaching that age now, so we quote a new system and can set up a temporary tank in the meantime.
Who fixes a sewer blockage out in the street?
A choke in your own line, anywhere between the house and the property connection, is ours to clear. When the camera shows the choke sitting beyond that point in the shared main, Hunter Water owns the repair, and the recording from our camera goes with your fault report.
What should I check when the yard floods in heavy rain?
Lift the grate on the stormwater pit and look at where the downpipes drop in. Silt or leaf litter there leaves the water nowhere to go. Clean grates with a yard still ponding point to the pipe itself, so we jet the run and film it to find the sag or break.
